Some will stay small. Some might grow into something much bigger.

We bring in the right artists, writers, directors or designers to help figure out what the idea actually wants to be.

Concept art. Boards. A scene. A test. A short. Whatever helps prove the idea.

THEN WE DECIDE WHAT'S NEXT
Develop it further. Package it. Find partners. Produce it. Or leave it where it is.
Not every idea has to become a feature.
It just has to be worth exploring.

If we help build your project, you may also help build someone else's.
An animator might contribute to another creator's test.
An illustrator might help develop a character.
A writer might give notes on a script.
A designer might help shape a pitch.
In return, other people in the network can bring those same kinds of skills to your idea.
The point isn't to keep score hour by hour.
It's to create a place where people can make ambitious work together without every experiment needing a full production budget on day one.

WHO CAN APPLY?
YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING FIGURED OUT.
Pirani Originals is open to ideas from filmmakers, writers, animators, illustrators, designers, directors and other creators with something they want to develop.
It could already be a script, a character, a visual world, a short concept, or something much less defined.
A deck helps. A sketch helps. A script helps.
One of them are required to start a conversation.

DEFINE THE TEST
We work out what the idea needs next — not the whole film, just the smartest thing to make now. That could be a character, a sequence of boards, a visual-development pass, a 10-second animation test or a short proof of concept.

BUILD THE TEAM
We identify the skills the project needs and bring together people from the Originals network to make it happen.

PRODUCE THE WORK
Pirani sets the scope, assigns deliverables, keeps files organised, manages feedback and makes sure the project actually gets finished.

PACKAGE WHAT WE MADE
Once there is something worth showing, we help turn the development into a clear project package — artwork, tests, pitch material, documentation or whatever the project needs.

HELP FIND THE NEXT STEP
If the idea has legs, Pirani can help explore what comes next: more development, collaborators, financing, production partners, commissioners or a larger production.

YOU OWN THE IDEA.
Pirani Originals does not take ownership of your project just because we helped develop it.
Your story, characters, world and underlying IP stay yours unless we agree to something different together.
Pirani only keeps the right to talk about and show the development work we contributed to, once the project is ready to be shared publicly.
IF IT GROWS, THE DEAL CHANGES.
The barter model is for early development.
If the project moves into funded development, production or commissioning, everyone involved moves onto a separate agreement.
That is where payment, scope, credits, ownership and Pirani's future role are agreed properly.
THE GOAL IS TO HELP THE IDEA MOVE FORWARD, NOT TO TAKE IT FROM YOU.
